Reservation & deposit policy
A $500 deposit reserves a selected puppy and is applied toward the $1,500 purchase price. The deposit is non-refundable if the buyer elects not to complete the purchase.
If the selected puppy experiences a serious health condition, injury, or other circumstance that makes placement inadvisable before transfer, or if the puppy does not survive to transfer, the buyer may choose a full refund of the deposit or transfer the deposit to another available puppy from the current or a future Of The South Labradors litter.
AKC registration guidelines
Current litter AKC number: SS588210. Sire: Bobbies Remington Of The South (SS49534602). Dam: Jeremiahs Belle Of The South (SS35230502).
All puppies from the 2026 Remi × Belle litter are sold with Full AKC Registration. Buyers agree to complete individual AKC registration within 90 days of taking possession. This 90-day period is an Of The South Labradors contractual requirement.
Breeding
If a buyer chooses to breed an Of The South Labrador sold under these terms, the dog may be bred only to an AKC-registered Labrador Retriever that is eligible under then-current AKC rules to produce an AKC-registerable litter. Eligible resulting litters must be registered with the AKC.
