Read Full Puppy ContractClear terms. No surprises.
You may review the full Puppy Purchase Agreement at any time without applying for or reserving a puppy.
If the selected puppy develops a serious health condition, suffers an injury, or another circumstance makes placement inadvisable before transfer, you may choose a full deposit refund or transfer the deposit to another available puppy in the current or a future litter. The same options apply if the selected puppy does not survive to transfer.
Request a Reservation
Submit the form below for the puppy you are interested in. We will confirm availability before sending payment instructions. Please do not send a deposit until you receive confirmation from Of The South Labradors.
Submitting this request does not itself reserve a puppy or create a purchase agreement. A reservation is confirmed only after Of The South Labradors confirms availability and receipt of the $500 deposit under the agreed terms. Payment instructions are provided only after availability is confirmed.
A health-first visitation policy.
We are not currently offering in-person puppy visits while the litter is young. This precaution helps reduce potential exposure to parvovirus and other infectious disease before the puppies are fully protected. Current photos, videos, and individual updates are available so families can follow their puppy's growth safely.
